Old buildings and structures are becoming obsolete and improvements need to be made or even replaced by their modern counterparts. Vehicles and transport must be modernized to meet the needs of a changing economy. Now, the President can send people to the International Space Station! The President and his ministers must unite in the fight against terrorism and control Internet regulation and freedom of expression in the Tropics.
